​The Deacon must be a faithful servant  and a spiritual and physical example to the church. He is appointed to serve God's people. He is qualified and responsible for having roots originating from the early church that are necessary and relevant for growth and administration of the church in the 21st century.

The Deaconess must also be a faithful servant to those in the church and community.  She is also a spiritual and physical example to the church, especially for women. She is a servant to God's people. Her growth and administration is necessary and relevant to the church in the 21st Century.
